Mission:	To lead a church leadership conference for 100 rural indigenous church leaders and a youth camp for orphans in Gisenya, Rwanda. We will work with Dieudonne, an indigenous missions coordinator for the Evangelical Churches of Rwanda. We will be training rural church leaders in the use of discipleship curriculum, and to be determined topics. We will also be leading a discipleship and sports camp for orphan youth ages 13-16. We will be distributing Bibles and discipleship resources for them for use in ministry.
Personnel Needed:	Bible Teachers to teach the Worldview Discipleship Curriculum, person to teach pastoral topics, youth and sports camp teachers/workers, women's ministry teachers, HIV/AIDS awareness teachers, trauma counselors, general workers, artist, people with heart for discipleship.
Requirements:	Background in at least one of the areas above, immunizations- Hep. A and B; Yellow Fever; Typhoid Fever; Meningitis; tetanus; malaria medication; Required meetings each month; personal pre-trip teaching preparation; cultural readings. Lodging will be in a urban hotel.
Cost:	To be determined (around 3,000). Cost to include airfare and in-country expenses, plus $200 for ministry resources. . Some costs may be offset by general donations.
